Production of tools and moulds in the company ZSNP, a. s., is provided by NARADEX plant, established in 2003 by concentration of tooling capacities of the company ZSNP, a. s. and by reorganization of ZSNP into a separate plant.
Currently we provide services in a field of production of tools, ingot-moulds and moulds for companies seated in the ZSNP industrial park, as well as for external companies. NARADEX plant is closely specialized for casting, mechanical working and cutting of non-ferrous metals (aluminium and zinc alloys).
Product portfolio
Product portfolio of the NARADEX plant remains stabilized and original wide portfolio of offered products is enlarged by processing of Al castings. In 2010 this technology started to expand and plant capacities gradually grew. ZSNP a. s. is in following period planning to invest money into plant modernization, specifically into technology of Al casting processing, over 1 million eur and to enlarge its production capacity, providing quality services for customers. According to information from NARADEX Plant Director, Ing. Michal Klučár, over 90 % of production is intended for foundry technologies for casting of aluminium alloys and zinc alloys (moulds, ingot-mouds), pressing technologies for production of aluminium moulded profiles, cold-forming technologies for production of aluminium pipes and cutting tools and processing of Al casting. Strong potential of experts, long-terms experiences and technological capabilities create conditions for effective plant production.
Characteristic attribute of production of moulds and ingot-moulds is a precise engineering production with modern, progressive technologies of processing complex parts and their aggregation into assembly, which at the end creates tool (mould) for production of the mould via specific casting technology. Such casting consequently creates parts of other units, especially in automotive, electro-technical and telecommunication industry, as well as in sanitary industry of other segments.
Technological equipment of the plant
Production of ingot-moulds and moulds for foundry and extrusion pressing is extraordinary demanding for engineering precision, achieved in this plant via modern technologies. Equipment of machinery is adapted to technological requirements of our offered product portfolio. Production quality goes hand in hand with modernization of technological means. Throughout this year shall NARADEX plant modernize its metrology department via provision of new 3D measuring equipment, with higher precision and higher scope of measurement. Plant intends to continue in its development and innovative investments also in the future. High quality and precise processing during design, production of moulds and pressing tools is ensured by CAD/CAM system, in combination with CNC machining technology. For design and CNC programming the plant uses CAD/CAM system ProEngineer Wildfire 5.0. In order to achieve qualitative product parameters, the NARADEX plant, as part of company ZSNP, a.s., has established its quality functional system SMK. Since 2005 it implemented and still utilizes the Environmental Quality Manage-ment System STN EN ISO 14001:1998 and Occupational Safety and Health Protection System OHSAS 18001:1999.
